Yes, it’s another statement about COVID-19! You’ve probably been receiving them from every person you’ve ever done business with, and we’re no different.
Rest assured, our support services haven’t stopped (or even slowed down). We want you to know the precautionary steps we are taking, and reassure you that we are here to provide support for your company, and support our community.
Most maintenance and client requests are being completed remotely and on-site visits have been limited to mission critical systems. We’re also taking active steps to stagger start times for our team, isolate ourselves within the office, and sterilize equipment after every on-site visit to ensure the lowest possible risk of contamination for our clients.
This event if nothing else, has demonstrated the mettle of how well teams can work effectively in a crisis when their IT is working properly. Unfortunately for others, the crisis has only served to underscore the necessity for a solid IT backbone and I feel the pain for companies that weren’t as prepared.
